For cat lovers and animal lovers and everyother person

The Prophet Muhammad
(SAW) was tender and kind towards cats. He appreciated cats. Muhammad’s (SAW) favorite
cat was called Muezza. There is a well known story regarding the Prophet Muhammad (s) and Muezza.
“When the call to prayers was heard, Muezza was asleep on one of the sleeves of the Prophet’s (SAW) robes. The Prophet (s) wanted to wear the robe to go to prayers.
Rather than disturb Muezza, Muhammad (SAW) cut off the sleeve to leave Muezza in peace. Prophet (s) then stroked the cat three
times, which, it is said, granted Muezza seven lives and the ability to land on his feet at all times (as you might know, cats have a
self-righting mechanism,a righting reflex, which is a complex series of movements when a cat falls and which protects the cat
from breaking her back).”

Islam teaches Muslims to treat cats well and that the cat is a creature to be cherished and loved.
Mistreating a cat is regarded as a severe sin in Islam.

This Makes Me sad :(

I don’t know how many times I am going to keep saying this over and over! I don’t know! But I will never stop saying it…I will never stop saying Islam is not terrorism. There is no connection between islam and terrorism. Islam rather is peace.

This whole thing makes me sad :(. I mean our beloved prophet Muhammed(pbuh) NEVER EVER preached hatred. He even advised muslims to treat their neighbours as though they had blood ties even though they were not muslims.

I don’t know if there is a conspiracy somewhere! I don’t have any idea what’s going on, but what I do know is that I am a muslim and I am not a terrorist neither is my religion; Islam.

Where Is Our Future?

The next generation is the future,
the generation of youths that find no problem in consuming alcohol even to stupor!

The youths who see nothing wrong in immoral acts!

How can the youths who see lieing as a natural act be our future,

Or those who are used to stealing and bribery!

How can they make a change?

I am a Nigerian, and I am proudly one.
I am a muslim, and I am proudly one.

My parents told me that in their time there was nothing like kidnapping, but I tell you now that that’s what the youths are practising.

They told me that in their time the society was responsible, accountable, they knew right from wrong. But presently we know right from wrong, but we just choosed to follow wrong.

Does civilisation mean being naked?!!! I don’t know, but what I know is that a long time ago the white came to our country and found us naked, literally using leafs to cover the sensitive parts of our body. And they gave us clothes to cover ourselves, but now why are they walking naked, why are we joining them in being naked. Is this the end of civilisation or migration into the animal kingdom!

Corruption! Its now everywhere! Its no news that the youths are corrupt as well. Now let me tell you, millions of dollars are spent lavishly by those in power while others live in squalor. They spend these money to protect their own lives; because they don’t want to die serving the country, because they are not serving the country, they are serving money, serving the country is just a secondary task to them.

They send their children to foreign lands with the country’s money.

Now here’s a news that you know…..One of the greatest man to walk the earth, prophet Muhammmed (pbuh), he commanded armies, had a great multitude of followers, but he never enriched himself, he lived in a hut, infact he was a pauper but a leader. He could have become a king if he wanted, he could have built a masion for himself but he didnt, now that’s a leader.

Jesus(Isa) was a great leader sent by God, he alway gave and never took, he didn’t enrich himself.

ok, so this was like two thousand years ago.

Well here is one, remember Ghadafi ?

Here is another……Nelson Mandela(former president of South Africa)

These are men who were once youths, who changed the world.

Here is a lesson to all the leaders, both the world leaders and those below,,,,,remember Pharoah of Egypt? Remember how he called himself God? How he was the world leader and how God purnished him? Its not a myth nor a fairy tale, his body is on earth, a promise of God to remind us, to remind the world leaders, to remind we the youths who are the future of hopefully a human kingdom and not an animal kingdom.

Thy Neighbor- A Great Moral lesson.

Love thy Neighbour as thyself is a proverbial saying. Love is a feeling of deep affection towards a person or a great interest in some thing. A neighbour is a person living next door to or very near to another. Neighbourhood is one of the factors that moulds the character of a person. A good neighbourhood is developed by mutual understanding and by exchange of love and care among the people living in a locality.

There are instances in the Traditions of the Prophet (Pbuh), emphasising the importance of good neighbourliness:

There are two other sayings of the Prophet (Pbuh) more relevant in this context:

He is not a Believer (Mumin) who eats to his hearts content while his neighbour is without food.

While preparing gravy for food, some water be added if necessary, to dilute the dish so that the neighbours need could be satisfied.

The following extract from the narration of Abdullah bin Mubarak (RAl) is a feast for our thought:

There lived a cobbler who was very poor. He was a pious man and had a great desire to go for the Hajj pilgrimage. He reduced his household expenses and began to save from his daily income in order to fulfil his desire. As days passed: his daily savings became a sizeable amount of 300 dirhams sufficient for his pilgrimage. He started preparing for the journey.

At this time, his wife who was pregnant wished to have some tasty food. She felt the smell of food that was under preparation in her neighbours house. She requested her husband to get a little food for her from the neighbour.

The cobbler went to the neighbour and was shocked to find that the neighbour was cooking the flesh of a dead donkey. The neighbour explained that his family was without food for some days. His children could not bear the pang of hunger. He had no money either to buy or to prepare food for his family. He could find no other way to satisfy their hunger. He had therefore, taken this extreme step. On hearing this, the cobbler was very much moved and took pity on his house: picked the money that he had saved for his pilgrimage and gave it to the neighbour.

The cobbler told his neighbour to make use of the money to feed all the members of his family and to free themselves from starvation in future. The neighbour was very much pleased: so was the cobbler.

Now the cobbler could not fulfil his long desire of performing Hajj. He had given away his entire savings to the neighbour. Allah, the Almighty knew the real intention of the cobbler to perform Hajj: the efforts he had taken to save money for the purpose and the great sacrifice he had done to free his neighbour from hunger.

The Merciful Allah , was very much pleased with the conduct of this poor cobbler and granted him the reward of ACCEPTED HAJJ, though the cobbler could not actually undertake journey to Makkah and perform the Haj.

When there is only a single star left in the sky.
At that very moment, the path of forgiveness will close.
The writing in the Quran will vanish.
The sun will lower itself with the earth.

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, ‘Who ever delivers this news to someone else, I will on the Day of Judgment make for him a place in Jannat.
Please pass this to every Muslim you know.

HADITH: Mercy Of Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) .

What we should learn from this.

Narrated ‘Aisha (RadiAllahu ‘anha), asked the
Prophet (pbuh):

‘Have you encountered a day harder than the
day of the battle of Uhud?”

The Prophet (pbuh) replied, “Your tribes have troubled me a
lot, and the worse trouble was the trouble on the day of
‘Aqaba when I presented myself to Ibn ‘Abd-Yalail bin
‘Abd-Kulal and he did not respond to my demand. So I
departed, overwhelmed with excessive sorrow, and
proceeded on, and could not relax till I found myself at
Qarnath-Tha-alib where I lifted my head towards the sky
to see a cloud shading me unexpectedly. I looked up and
saw Gabriel in it. He called me saying,

‘Allah has heard your people’s saying to you, and what they have replied back to you, Allah has sent the Angel of the Mountains to you so that you may order him to do whatever you wish to these people.’

The Angel of the Mountains called and greeted me, and
then said, “O Muhammad ! Order what you wish. If you
like, I will let Al-Akh-Shabain (i.e. two mountains) fall on

The Prophet (pbuh) said, “No but I hope that Allah will let
them beget children who will worship Allah Alone, and
will worship None besides Him.”
[Sahih Bukhari – Book 54, Hadith 454].

Ya Allah give us the heart to forgive others who have wronged us.

Ya Allah give us the strenght to be patient like our beloved Prophet Muhammed (pbuh).

Today’s Hadith.

Uthman ibn Abi’l-‘Aas came to theProphet (peace and
blessings of Allah be upon him) and said:
“O Messenger of Allah, the Shaytan is coming between
me and my prayer and making me confused in my
The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allah
be upon him) said:
“That is a devil called Khanzab. If you feel his
presence, then seek refuge with Allah from him and
spit drily to your left three times.”
[‘Uthman] said:
“I did that and Allah took him away from me.”
